Meet The Parents

We had a Parents Meeting recently….

Most of the boys at The Shepherd Center have a parent, grandparent, aunt, or some relative who we are in contact with.

We shared tea and a simple breakfast, shared some updates on TSC and their children, answered questions, heard expressions of sincere gratitude, and took some pictures.

Sometimes introducing yourself involves sharing how thankful you are for the program and leading the rest of the group in a song.

Unfortunately we didn’t get any pictures of many parents who had a long distance to walk filling up my van, and the whole town wondering when a white woman became a taxi driver. Oh good times!
